Ingredients
Method
- In a pot on the stove, combine honey and water over medium/high heat and bring to a light simmer, stirring often. Keep a close eye as you don't want the honey to burn.
- Once the honey and water are completely incorporated, remove it from the heat.
- Once completely cool, stir in the vanilla.
- Pour the syrup into a jar with a lid and keep refrigerated.
- Brew your favorite espresso to your liking and allow it to chill/cool down. I do this by brewing the espresso over metal ice cubes or by using my hyperchiller so that the espresso doesn't sit become bitter as it cools.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour your syrup over top, followed by the espresso and the creamer.
- Then, froth the milk on the cold setting of your milk frother. Allow it to sit for a second once finished so that the milk and froth separate from each other.
- Pour the milk into the glass, then spoon on the frothed milk on top to mimic the shape of a bunny tail.
