Equipment

  • Immersion Blender or Food Processor

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz container cottage cheese (I look for organic and lactose free from Good Culture)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

Immersion Blender Option

  • If you have an immersion blender, you can make this right in the container the cottage cheese comes in! Simply add all ingredients to the cottage cheese container and blend until fully mixed and the consistency desired.
  • Top with additional chives, salt and/or pepper and enjoy!

Food Processor Option

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until fully mixed and the consistency desired.
  • Add to a bowl (or even back to the cottage cheese container) and top with additional chives, salt and/or pepper and enjoy!
