Cut your chicken into pieces or leave as a full breast, up to you!
Add all ingredients to a bowl to marinate for an hour or more. You can also add it to a freezer safe bag to freeze then thaw when you’re ready to use it.
Place chicken and some of the marinade into a pan on the stove and cook on medium heat. You may need to do this in two batches.
Towards the end of cooking, turn the heat up slightly to get rid of the excess moisture and blacken the chicken. This makes it a little crispy on the outside!
