Mom's Marinated Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp dried basil
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • ¾ tsp celery salt
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • cup olive or avocado oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut your chicken into pieces or leave as a full breast, up to you!
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl to marinate for an hour or more. You can also add it to a freezer safe bag to freeze then thaw when you’re ready to use it.
  • Place chicken and some of the marinade into a pan on the stove and cook on medium heat. You may need to do this in two batches.
  • Towards the end of cooking, turn the heat up slightly to get rid of the excess moisture and blacken the chicken. This makes it a little crispy on the outside!
