I get it. Sometimes grocery shopping can feel a little overwhelming when you don’t know what to buy, and Whole30 grocery shopping is no exception.
So, what should you buy?
Well honestly, that is entirely up to you and your taste/dietary needs! For example, my body doesn’t love bell peppers, but they are completely W30 and if they fit into your meals you should definitely pick some up!
Below is a list, give or take a few items, that I go off of each week to build my meals. Note that these are the grocery stores that I have local to me. Since most items are just real, whole foods, chances are your nearest grocery store will have them as well. For specialty brands, you can order them online or use their store locators to see if you can buy them nearby.
