Cottage Cheese?!
Don’t like cottage cheese? Listen, I hear you. I don’t always love it either, however, I can never get enough of this recipe. When blended, cottage cheese becomes whipped and smooth (similar to Chipotle’s sour cream texture, which is arguably the most amazing thing ever if you ask me). Plus when mixed with the spices and chives, it really resembles a delicious chip dip so much that you might forget that it is protein packed and not the real thing!
When it comes to dairy, I do personally aim to limit my intake as that’s what works best for my body. If you’re like me, I find that when I eat high quality dairy products, my body doesn’t have a negative reaction. See the next paragraph to find a link to the brand of cottage cheese I prefer and recommend!

A NOTE ON CALORIE COUNT, NUTRITIONAL INFO AND SERVING SIZES
Due to my past experiences, I do not include most of the above information within my recipes as it is unsafe for me to do so personally. I hope you understand! This comes from a place of love and protection both for myself and others like me. If you ever have any questions, send me an Instagram message for the quickest response time! Thank you for being here!

Food Processor Option
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until fully mixed and the consistency desired.
