3 Ingredient Protein Whipped Cream

This easy 3 Ingredient Protein Whipped Cream is made with just simple ingredients and has no added sugar while instead offering a protein boost! It’s perfect for ice cream and iced coffees, aka the things I pair it with on a weekly basis.

Protein Whipped Cream

3 Ingredient Protein Whipped Cream

What you’ll need:

  • Heavy Cream
  • Vanilla Protein Powder (click here for my favorite + 15% off!)
  • Vanilla Extract
Protein Whipped Cream Coffee

Iced Coffee “Milkshake”

What I use:

  • 2 shots Chilled Espresso
  • ~1/2 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ~2 tbsp Creamer
  • Ice
  • Whipped Cream (recipe below)

+ optional cinnamon and cocoa powder mixture to dust on top!

Ingredients Equipment Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Stand or Hand Mixer

Method
 

  1. Add heavy cream straight from the fridge to your bowl. If you'd like, you can chill your bowl and mixing attachments in the freezer 30 minutes prior to making.
  2. Mix continuously on high until the cream is thick and the texture of whipped cream.
  3. Add the protein powder and vanilla and mix until just combined.
  4. Use as a topping for ice cream, iced coffee or whatever you'd like!

    So easy to make, delicious, and a fun way to get my macros in!

    I usually put this on fresh fruit for a healthier dessert. I also have fun playing with flavors, like chocolate whipped cream, or using unflavored collagen and adding some honey and fresh lemon juice for a sweet lemon whipped cream (goes great with berries!)

    A great way to make delicious whipped cream that fits into your diet! I like that it doesn’t have added sugar, just whatever protein powder you prefer!
