Method
- Add heavy cream straight from the fridge to your bowl. If you'd like, you can chill your bowl and mixing attachments in the freezer 30 minutes prior to making.
- Mix continuously on high until the cream is thick and the texture of whipped cream.
- Add the protein powder and vanilla and mix until just combined.
- Use as a topping for ice cream, iced coffee or whatever you'd like!
