½cupcoconut aminos(can sub soy sauce if not Whole30)
½tbspsesame oil
2tbspunsweetened BBQ sauce(I use The New Primal)
½tspground ginger
2garlic cloves, minced
Thickening Paste
1tbsptapioca starch
2tbspbroth or water
Garnishes (Optional)

Instructions
Cube and cook your chicken in avocado oil in a skillet on the stove over medium heat. Salt and pepper the chicken if you'd like.
Once the chicken is cooked, add in all of the sauce ingredients and let simmer for a few minutes.
Once simmering, mix together the water or broth and tapioca starch to make a paste, then pour the paste into the skillet, mixing immediately. This will thicken your sauce!
Enjoy with rice or cauliflower rice, steamed veggies and garnishes of your choice!
