Using a food processor or high powered blender lemon juice, tahini, garlic, olive oil, cumin and salt together until smooth.
Add in half of the drained and rinsed white beans and blend. If you'd like a thinner consistency, add two tbsp of water and blend again until smooth.
Add in the rest of the white beans and continue blending. Again, if you'd like to thin the consistency, add the remaining two tbsp of water and blend again until smooth.
Once it has reached your desired consistency, top with toppings of choice and enjoy with veggies, bread, smashed potatoes, crackers and/or pita (aka whatever you'd like!).
