(I use Kite Hill for dairy free & paleo)

lemon zest

fresh lemon juice

garlic clove

olive oil

dried chives

tsp
dried basil
salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
Blend ricotta, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic clove, olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper together in a food processor until smooth.
Pair the whipped ricotta with tomato salad, toasted bread, crackers, honey or enjoy it as is!
