Ingredients
  

Whipped Feta
  • 8 oz feta (sub dairy free alternative for dairy free)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (sub coconut yogurt for dairy free)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ lemon, juice of
Garnishes (Optional):
  • drizzle of honey (highly recommend!)
  • chopped pistachios
  • chives
  • lemon zest

Equipment

  • Food Processor

Method
 

  1. Combine all whipped feta ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Spoon the whipped feta into a bowl and top with garnishes of choice.
  3. Serve with bread or crackers as an appetizer dip or as a side dish or sauce.
