Veggie Packed Coleslaw

Ingredients
  

  • ½ bag shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix (~2 cups)
  • ½ bag broccoli slaw or shredded veggies (~2 cups)
  • 1 cup avocado mayo (regular and egg free recipes on my blog!)
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp mustard (check ingredients for Whole30 and paleo)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • squeeze fresh lemon
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until fully combined.
  • Taste and add any additional mayo, mustard, salt and pepper, spices, etc. to meet your preferences.
  • Serve as a side or as a "salad" base and enjoy!
