Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups frozen pineapple and mango
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup water (use ½ cup for a thicker smoothie)
  • ½ cup nut milk (I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk or full fat coconut milk, can sub for water)
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, packed
  • 2 scoops/tbsp collagen peptides or protein powder (I use Further Food collagen peptides, can sub for your favorite protein powder)
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy cold!
