Sugar Free & Dairy Free Raspberry Latte

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup dairy free milk or creamer (I use MALK or nutpods and sometimes a combination of both)
  • 1 tbsp protein or collagen of choice (optional, I use Further Food vanilla collagen)
  • 1-2 tbsp raspberry simple syrup (I use my homemade sugar free syrup)
  • espresso or coffee

Instructions
 

  • Warm milk and raspberry simple syrup in the microwave for 45 seconds.
  • Mix in the protein or collagen until smooth using a handheld frother.
  • Pour the frothed raspberry milk over the coffee or espresso.
