Ingredients

cup
dairy free milk or creamer
(I use MALK or nutpods and sometimes a combination of both)
1
tbsp
protein or collagen of choice
(optional, I use Further Food vanilla collagen)
1-2
tbsp
raspberry simple syrup
(I use my homemade sugar free syrup)
espresso or coffee
Instructions
Warm milk and raspberry simple syrup in the microwave for 45 seconds.
Mix in the protein or collagen until smooth using a handheld frother.
Pour the frothed raspberry milk over the coffee or espresso.
