Strawberry Mango Salsa

Servings 5 cups, or so

Ingredients
  

  • 2 mangos, cubed or diced
  • 2 cups strawberries, diced or sliced
  • 2 avocados, cubed
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped fine
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Chop, dice and slice all ingredients and combine in a large bowl.
  • Mix together until evenly combined.
  • Enjoy with chips of choice or on tacos or salads!

Notes

Feel free to adjust the ingredient amounts to meet your taste preferences. Also feel free to sub in any of your favorite salsa fixings, like jalapeño or tomato, if you’d like.
