Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp freeze dried strawberry powder (or 5 large strawberries)
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½-1 lime, juice of (add more or less depending how much you like lime flavor)
  • 1 oz honey (can sub simple syrup, add more or less to taste)
  • tiny pinch salt (optional)
  • 1 oz tequila or tequila alternative (optional)

Equipment

  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve cold by chilling the drink in the fridge before enjoying or pour over large ice cubes to keep from watering down quickly.
