Instructions
Note: I love to meal prep these! I typically prepare the meat (as well as the other ingredients) and keep it in the fridge to make 2 at a time throughout the week.
Combine the ground beef with the spices and gently mix it together with your fingers to ensure the meat doesn't get tough. Then, separate the meat into 8 equal balls.
Add a drizzle of oil to a pan over medium heat.
Smash one meatball onto one tortilla getting it as flat and covering as much of the surface area as you can.
Place the tortilla meat side down and cook until the meat is fully cooked.
Flip to the other side and allow for the tortilla to cook until crispy. If you are using cheese, add it at this time so it melts.
Once the meat is cooked and the tortilla is crispy, remove from the pan and top with your favorite toppings.
