chicken breasts
(sliced in half to make 4)

coconut oil

ghee
(can sub butter if not Whole30)

cinnamon

nut milk
(I use light coconut)

cup
chicken broth
(I use Bonafide Provisions bone broth)

prosciutto

sage leaves
pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°.
Add coconut oil, ghee, spices, nut milk, broth and sage into an oven safe skillet over low heat.
Allow the ghee and coconut oil to melt then whisk everything together, keeping a close eye.
Slice chicken breasts into thin halves and wrap two pieces of prosciutto around each. Chop the pears into eight equal pieces.
Arrange chicken and pears in the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
Add salt and pepper to your liking then bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked.
Serve warm with your choice of greens and/or grains.
