Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice sweet potato into thin circles (I use a mandoline) then place into a bowl and top with olive oil and seasonings.
Cover sweet potatoes evenly then space out on your sheet ensuring they don't overlap so that they can get crispy.
Bake for 15 minutes, flip, then bake for 5 more minutes or until crispy.
