Roasted Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice sweet potato into thin circles (I use a mandoline) then place into a bowl and top with olive oil and seasonings.
  • Cover sweet potatoes evenly then space out on your sheet ensuring they don't overlap so that they can get crispy.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, flip, then bake for 5 more minutes or until crispy.
