chicken, shredded

small stalks organic celery, diced

red onion, diced

Instructions
Cook your chicken and prep other ingredients while you wait. I boil my chicken on the stove then shred it with a hand mixer once ready.
Prep the celery and red onion, then combine them in a bowl with the shredded chicken, mayo and all of the spices and herbs.
Eat alone, with
crackers or in a lettuce wrap for Whole30.
