Ingredients
  

Piña Colada Smoothie
  • 1 ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ¼ cup frozen cauliflower
  • ¾-1 cup coconut milk (use more or less depending on thickness preference)
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
Optional Add Ins
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional, if you like your smoothies sweeter)
  • 1 oz vanilla rum (optional, if you want a boozy option)

Equipment

  • 1 High Powered Blender

Method
 

  1. Blend together your ingredients until smooth.
  2. If you like a thinner smoothie, add more coconut milk. If you want it sweeter, add honey. If you want it boozy, add rum. Enjoy!
