If using chicken, cook it and either dice or shred it then coat in buffalo sauce.
Preheat your oven to 400℉ and drizzle avocado oil into a cast iron skillet. Spread the oil to cover the skillet completely.
Combine the flour, Greek yogurt, onion powder, garlic powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl and using your hands, knead until fully combined and a ball of dough has formed.
Spread out the dough onto your greased cast iron skillet ensuring it is evenly spread out. This will be a thin crust pizza, by the way! To keep the dough from sticking to your hands, drizzle a little avocado oil into your palms and rub it in.
Drizzle a small amount of avocado oil over the top of the dough and spread it out evenly, then bake the crust for 10 minutes.
While it cooks, prepare your pickle sauce and dice your onion and pickles.
Remove the crust from the oven, spread out the sauce evenly on top, sprinkle on cheese then garnish with buffalo chicken and diced red onion and pickles. Be sure not to load the toppings on too heavy or the crust may take longer to bake! Bake the pizza again for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the pizza from the skillet, slice and enjoy!
