Prepare the pasta according to the box instructions.
While preparing the pasta, preheat your oven to 400℉ and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
After draining your pasta, immediately cover in the olive oil and toss together to ensure the pasta does not stick together.
Once coated, add in the remaining ingredients and toss until all of the pasta is evenly coated. You can taste a piece or two here to see if it is seasoned/salted to your liking.
Space out the pasta onto the two parchment lined baking sheets, ensuring they are not overlapping so that they get as crunchy as possible.
Bake 20-22 minutes, checking starting at 18 minutes as every oven varies slightly.
Once done, they will be a deep golden color and super crunchy.
