After cooking your steak, keep the pan on medium heat and all in the garlic and shallot, sautéing until fragrant.
Next, add in the dijon, cream/coconut milk, coconut aminos/soy sauce, thyme, sage and broth/water.
Stir the sauce and allow to simmer and thicken. Before serving, remove the herbs.
If you'd like to have the sauce thicker, add in arrowroot and stir until completely combined.
Serve warm overtop of the steak!
