Method
- After cooking your steak, keep the pan on medium heat and all in the garlic and shallot, sautéing until fragrant.
- Next, add in the dijon, cream/coconut milk, coconut aminos/soy sauce, thyme, sage and broth/water.
- Stir the sauce and allow to simmer and thicken. Before serving, remove the herbs.
- If you'd like to have the sauce thicker, add in arrowroot and stir until completely combined.
- Serve warm overtop of the steak!
