cumin
½

½
tsp

2
tbsp
paleo friendly brown sugar substitute
(Optional! I used Miss Jone's, but can sub any brown sugar if not paleo! Omit for Whole30)
Toppings (Optional)

red onion, diced fine
greek yogurt/sour cream
(Paleo friendly, if needed)

("Not Cornbread" Cornbread from Miss Jones for a paleo option)
Instructions
In a pot over medium heat, add in oil and protein of choice. Cook until browned.
In the same pot, add in the rest of your ingredients and stir until combined.
Cover the pot with a tight fitting lid and allow the chili to simmer. The chili will thicken and the sweet potatoes will cook.
Once the sweet potatoes are soft/fork tender and the chili has thickened, remove the chili from the heat, stir and serve warm with desired toppings!
