Servings: 1 latte
Course: Coffee

Ingredients

Orange Blossom Syrup
  • 3 large oranges, juice and peels (should equate to 1 cup of orange juice)
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
Orange Blossom Iced Cold Brew
  • ½ cup cold brew concentrate (I use Dunkin' at home brand)
  • ½ cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp coffee creamer (I use nutpods unsweetened cookie butter flavor)
  • 2-4 tbsp orange blossom syrup
  • ice

Method

Orange Blossom Syrup
  1. Add the juice of the oranges along with their peels, water and honey to a pot on the stove over medium heat.
  2. While stirring often, allow the mixture to come to a simmer. The honey will dissolve and the flavors will combine. It will be ready in 5-10 minutes.
  3. Strain out the orange peels and allow the syrup to cool fully before adding in the vanilla.
  4. Store in a jar or bottle with a lid in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
Orange Blossom Iced Cold Brew
  1. Add syrup to a cup with ice, followed by the creamer and almond milk. Top with the cold brew concentrate and mix together. Enjoy!

Notes

Notes:
  • If you'd like to make a cold foam on top, simply froth together your coffee creamer with a bit of the orange blossom syrup. Once thickened, pour it on top of your drink.
  • If you're making this drink with espresso,  add the syrup to a cup and brew your favorite espresso to your liking over top. I always allow it to chill/cool down by brewing the espresso over metal ice cubes or by using my hyperchiller so that the espresso doesn't become bitter as it cools. Then, in a cup with ice, pour in the creamer followed by either frothed or not frothed milk. Then, pour over the espresso with the syrup.
