(can use chilled canned coconut milk)

extra virgin olive oil

lemon, zested and juiced

apple cider vinegar

pure maple syrup
(can sub honey if not vegan or homemade date paste for Whole30)

Dijon mustard

poppyseeds

Salad fixings
spinach
chicken
(omit if vegetarian/vegan)
strawberries
blueberries
bacon
(sugar free if Whole30 or paleo, omit if vegetarian/vegan)
red onion
walnuts
poppyseed dressing
Instructions
Lemon Poppyseed Dressing
Combine all ingredients aside from poppyseeds into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Stir in poppyseeds and set aside.
Mixed Berry Lemon Poppyseed Dressing
Add all of the salad ingredients of choice to your favorite plate or bowl and drizzle the Lemon Poppyseed Dressing on top. Enjoy!
