Ingredients
  

Mango Popsicle

  • 2 cups mango, cubed
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 cup Harmless Harvest Coconut Mango Smoothie (can sub ¼ cup coconut water, ¼ cup coconut cream & ½ cup mango)

Coconut Lime Topper

  • ½ cup yogurt (I use Harmless Harvest coconut yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice 
  • tiny pinch salt

Garnishes (Optional)

  • lime zest
  • tahin

Instructions
 

  • Blend together mango popsicle ingredients until completely smooth.
  • Pour the contents into popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top for the Coconut Lime Topper.
  • Freeze for 1-2 hours.
  • Mix together the coconut lime topper ingredients and spoon it on top of the half frozen popsicles.
  • Add the popsicles back to the freezer to finish freezing (3 hours-overnight).
  • Remove the popsicles from the mold and enjoy!
