dairy free coconut whip or whipped cream of choice

Instructions
Mix together flour, collagen and baking soda. If not using collagen, you can swap it for your favorite protein powder or 2 tbsp of cocoa powder.
In the same bowl, mix in the remaining ingredients until completely combined.
Heat and grease your waffle iron and bake.
Top with optional toppings such as dairy free whipped cream, mini marshmellows and extra chocolate chips.
Notes
Substitutions:
2 scoops chocolate collagen = 2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 scoops chocolate collagen = 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 cup cassava flour = 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener = 3 tbsp sugar of choice
1 cup almond milk = 1 cup milk of choice
