Method
- Combine equal parts water and honey in a sauce pan and bring to a boil on the stove, keeping a close eye on it.
- Once boiling slightly, bring the heat down to low and allow to simmer, stirring often.
- When the consistency is thicker than water and the honey is fully combined, remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Add the syrup to a jar with a lid and store in the fridge until ready to use.
