Homemade Ranch Veggie Cups

  • Immersion Blender
  • 6 Glasses/Jars

Ingredients
  

Homemade Ranch

  • ½ cup avocado oil mayo (I make my own, see blog post for the recipes!)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chives
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • ¼ tsp dill
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Veggies (you choose!)

  • carrots
  • cucumber
  • brocoli
  • snap peas
  • cauliflower

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ranch ingredients together until fully combined.
  • Spoon the ranch into 6 glasses or jars, then stick the veggies into the jar. Be sure to use a jar or glass that the veggies can stand up in!
  • Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can opt to use either fresh or dried herbs for this recipe, however I prefer dried because it allows the ranch to last longer and then you have them on hand more frequently!
  • Choose whatever veggies you like best!
    • Baby Broccoli
    • Cauliflower
    • Rainbow Carrots
    • Mini Cucumbers
    • Snap Peas
