1 ½cupcheese, shredded(½ cup to mix in, 1 cup to sprinkle on top)

Preheat your oven to 350℉.
Prepare your chicken. I boil mine on the stove until cooked through then shred it using a stand mixer.
Blend together the cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper until smooth.
In a baking dish, combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese mixture and ½ cup of the shredded cheese. Stir to combine, then press down lightly to spread it into the baking dish evenly.
Sprinkle an even layer of the remaining 1 cup of cheese on top, then bake for 15-20 minutes.
Top with green onions and serve with chips, veggies, or whatever you wish! This dip is also delicious in a wrap or served with greens. Enjoy!
