High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast, shredded
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 ½ cup cheese, shredded (½ cup to mix in, 1 cup to sprinkle on top)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350℉.
  • Prepare your chicken. I boil mine on the stove until cooked through then shred it using a stand mixer.
  • Blend together the cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper until smooth.
  • In a baking dish, combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese mixture and ½ cup of the shredded cheese. Stir to combine, then press down lightly to spread it into the baking dish evenly.
  • Sprinkle an even layer of the remaining 1 cup of cheese on top, then bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Top with green onions and serve with chips, veggies, or whatever you wish! This dip is also delicious in a wrap or served with greens. Enjoy!
