Preheat your oven to 375° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined. I use my hands!
Roll the turkey mixture into about 20 meatballs and space out on the parchment lined baking sheet. To keep the mixture from sticking, I coat my hands in a little avocado oil or olive oil.
Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with my mashed potatoes and gravy and enjoy!
