Herby Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • ½ tbsp onion powder
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp poultry seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined. I use my hands!
  3. Roll the turkey mixture into about 20 meatballs and space out on the parchment lined baking sheet. To keep the mixture from sticking, I coat my hands in a little avocado oil or olive oil.
  4. Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Serve with my mashed potatoes and gravy and enjoy!
