Ingredients
  

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • ½ tbsp paprika
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash, dry then slice potatoes into flat slices to cut the heart shapes out of. The thinner the slices the more crispy they'll be, the thicker the slices the more potato-y they'll be.
  • Using a small heart shaped cookie cutter, cut out heart shapes from the slices of potato. Be sure to save the potato scraps to make mashed potatoes with!
  • Combine potatoes and all other ingredients in a bowl and coat potatoes evenly.
  • Lay out potatoes on the baking sheet ensuring none are overlapping. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping half way through.
  • Once cooked to your desired doneness, remove from the oven and enjoy!
