Preheat your oven to 425℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash, dry then slice potatoes into flat slices to cut the heart shapes out of. The thinner the slices the more crispy they'll be, the thicker the slices the more potato-y they'll be.
Using a small heart shaped cookie cutter, cut out heart shapes from the slices of potato. Be sure to save the potato scraps to make mashed potatoes with!
Combine potatoes and all other ingredients in a bowl and coat potatoes evenly.
Lay out potatoes on the baking sheet ensuring none are overlapping. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping half way through.
Once cooked to your desired doneness, remove from the oven and enjoy!
