Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

cup
coffee
1
tbsp
pure pumpkin purée
½
tsp
pumpkin spice
(can sub cinnamon, I use Simply Organic Foods)
¼
cup
vanilla almond milk
(I use MALK Organics)
2
tbsp
vanilla creamer
(can sub for more almond milk, but I use
Nutpods)
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1
scoop
vanilla collagen or protein powder
(optional but helps with froth, I use Further Food collagen
)
Instructions
Brew your favorite coffee.
Combine milk, creamer, vanilla, pumpkin and pumpkin spice in a microwave safe glass and microwave for 45 seconds.
Once warmed, add in collagen or protein and froth until combined and frothy on the top.
Pour your coffee into a mug and top with the the frothed pumpkin milk mixture.
Tip with cinnamon and enjoy!
