Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coffee
  • 1 tbsp pure pumpkin purée
  • ½ tsp pumpkin spice (can sub cinnamon, I use Simply Organic Foods)
  • ¼ cup vanilla almond milk (I use MALK Organics)
  • 2 tbsp vanilla creamer (can sub for more almond milk, but I use Nutpods)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen or protein powder (optional but helps with froth, I use Further Food collagen)

Method
 

  1. Brew your favorite coffee.
  2. Combine milk, creamer, vanilla, pumpkin and pumpkin spice in a microwave safe glass and microwave for 45 seconds.
  3. Once warmed, add in collagen or protein and froth until combined and frothy on the top.
  4. Pour your coffee into a mug and top with the the frothed pumpkin milk mixture.
  5. Tip with cinnamon and enjoy!
