Birthday Cake Creamer
1cupvanilla almond milk(I use MALK Organic's)
2tbspvanilla creamer(I use Nutpods)
1scoop/tbspcollagen or protein powder(I use Further Food Vanilla Collagen)
½tbspcacao butter
½tsphoney or maple syrup OR 1 tsp monk fruit for sugar free(can add more if you want it sweeter)
¼tspvanilla extract
⅛tspalmond extract
Toppings (Optional)
whipped cream(I use coconut or sugar free)
sprinkles(I opt for the most natural option available to me)
Instructions
Put all of the birthday cake creamer ingredients into a pot over medium/low heat on the stove for a few minutes.
While this begins to heat, brew your coffee or espresso. You can also have this over ice if your birthday is in the warmer months, so feel free to swap for cold brew.
Once the cacao butter begins to melt, use a hand held frother to mix all of the ingredients together and to froth the creamer slightly.
Pour your coffee or espresso into your favorite mug and top with whipped cream and sprinkles. Happy Birthday!
