Green Goddess Dressing

  • Blender or Food Processor

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • ½ cup fresh parsley
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup dairy free mayo or ½ large avocado (I use Primal Kitchen Foods avocado mayo, use an avocado for vegan)
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar 
  • ½ cup olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 2-4 green onion stalks

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • Keep refrigerated in an airtight container up to a week.
