Green Dream Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken, cooked and chopped or shredded
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • ¾ cup compliant mayo
  • 1 large avocado (~1 cup)
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chives, chopped
  • ½ cup arugula
  • 2 cups green apples, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine mayo and avocado. Blend until smooth and fully combined.
  • In a large bowl, combine all of your ingredients and mix until everything is evenly covered in the avocado mayo "sauce."
  • Enjoy with crackers, lettuce wraps, toast, chips or anything you like!
