Ingredients
  

Greek Salad

  • 6 cups lettuce, chopped
  • ¼ red onion, diced
  • 1 14 oz can olives
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 4 oz feta

Greek Vinaigrette

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prep all of the salad ingredients (wash, chop, dice).
  • If serving right away, add all of the vinaigrette ingredients to the bottom of a large bowl. If serving later or assuming there will be leftovers, add the ingredients to a jar. Mix together until combined.
  • Add all of the prepped salad ingredients to the bowl and mix together with the dressing.

Notes

Notes:
  • Feel free to add more or less of any of the salad ingredients based on your taste preferences and/or dietary needs.
  • If you're making the salad ahead of time, wait until you serve it to add the dressing.
  • If you're going to have leftovers, only add dressing to the salad that is being eaten right away.
