Ingredients
  

Greek Salad
  • 6 cups lettuce, chopped
  • ¼ red onion, diced
  • 1 14 oz can olives
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 4 oz feta
Greek Vinaigrette
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Prep all of the salad ingredients (wash, chop, dice).
  2. If serving right away, add all of the vinaigrette ingredients to the bottom of a large bowl. If serving later or assuming there will be leftovers, add the ingredients to a jar. Mix together until combined.
  3. Add all of the prepped salad ingredients to the bowl and mix together with the dressing.

Notes

Notes:
  • Feel free to add more or less of any of the salad ingredients based on your taste preferences and/or dietary needs.
  • If you're making the salad ahead of time, wait until you serve it to add the dressing.
  • If you're going to have leftovers, only add dressing to the salad that is being eaten right away.
