Ingredients
¾
cup
cassava flour

avocado oil or olive oil, plus extra for cooking
⅔
cup
water, warmed
salt, to taste
Instructions
Warm water in the microwave for 20 seconds.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and form one large dough ball. If your dough is too soft, add additional flour a tsp at a time.
Pour oil into a pan on the stove over medium heat to warm up.
While the oil heats, form 6 balls out of your dough and flatten each between two pieces of parchment paper, then cut into four equal parts.
Place the dough pieces into the oil and cook/fry until each side is golden.
Place the fresh chips on a towel to dry then sprinkle with additional salt if desired.
