Add avocado oil to a skillet on the stove over medium/low heat. Once hot, add your ground meat to the skillet. Break apart as it cooks, then mix in the seasonings and water once browned. Transfer the meat into a bowl and set aside.
Take brown paper bags (or bowls if that's all you have!) and roll down the tops. Fill the bags with chips, lettuce, taco meat and the rest of your toppings.
