bag organic fingerling potatoes

olive oil or avocado oil

fresh rosemary

garlic, minced
sea salt, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash, dry then slice potatoes in half.
Combine potatoes and all other ingredients in a bowl and coat potatoes evenly.
Lay out potatoes on the baking sheet ensuring none are overlapping.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping half way through.
