maple syrup or honey

unsweetened peanut butter

baking soda

collagen
can sub protein powder of choice

cinnamon

dark chocolate bar or handful chocolate chips
Pinch
sea salt to top

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking tin with parchment paper.
Shred zucchini onto a towel or into a nut milk bag to wring out moisture. The drier the better here!
Mix together zucchini, eggs, syrup/honey and peanut butter until combined.
Stir in collagen/protein powder, baking soda, cinnamon and majority of the chocolate.
Spoon batter evenly into the tin and top with the remainder of chocolate.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
Top with sea salt and slice the loaf into little pieces of heaven.
