Dairy Free & Sugar Free Hot Matcha Latte

Equipment

  • Matcha Whisk or Handheld Frother

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp/scoop vanilla collagen or protein powder (optional)
  • 3 drops vanilla liquid stevia (can sub 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup)
  • 1 cup nut milk of choice

Instructions
 

  • Heat water in the microwave for 45 seconds.
  • Add matcha to a bowl with the hot water and whisk until no clumps remain.
  • Pour nut milk of choice into a microwave safe mug and heat in the microwave for 45 seconds.
  • Mix liquid stevia or honey/maple syrup and collagen powder/protein powder into your heated milk, if using. I use a handheld frother.
  • Pour the matcha into the mug, stir to combine and enjoy!
