compliant avocado mayo
(I use Primal Kitchen)

basil leaves, packed

tbsp
extra virgin olive oil

tbsp
pine nuts

small clove garlic

Instructions
Combine basil, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic and salt in a food processor. Blend until combined.
Mix together pesto & mayo then serve immediately with the fritters while still warm.
Notes
Store in the fridge with a lid. If the oil separates in the aioli, simply stir until combined.
