Pesto Aioli

Dairy Free Pesto Aioli

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup compliant avocado mayo (I use Primal Kitchen)
  • ½ cup basil leaves, packed
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine basil, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic and salt in a food processor. Blend until combined.
  • Mix together pesto & mayo then serve immediately with the fritters while still warm.

Notes

Store in the fridge with a lid. If the oil separates in the aioli, simply stir until combined.
