Method
- Make the apple syrup (recipe in this blog post) and allow to cool slightly.
- Brew your coffee or espresso.
- Heat milk and creamer for 45 seconds, then add the collagen, as collagen disolves quicker and easier in warm liquid.
- Froth the milk and collagen until frothy.
- Spoon 2-3 tbsp of apple syrup into the warm coffee and stir.
- Top coffee with the frothed milk and a tbsp of the apple syrup.
