Dairy Free Caramel Apple Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coffee or 2 shots espresso
  • 3-4 tbsp apple syrup, separated
  • ½ cup nut milk (I use MALK vanilla almond milk)
  • ¼ cup caramel creamer (I use nutpods)
  • 1-2 scoops vanilla collagen, optional (I use VitaCup or Further Food)

Method
 

  1. Make the apple syrup (recipe in this blog post) and allow to cool slightly.
  2. Brew your coffee or espresso.
  3. Heat milk and creamer for 45 seconds, then add the collagen, as collagen disolves quicker and easier in warm liquid.
  4. Froth the milk and collagen until frothy.
  5. Spoon 2-3 tbsp of apple syrup into the warm coffee and stir.
  6. Top coffee with the frothed milk and a tbsp of the apple syrup.
