Dairy Free Caramel Apple Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coffee or 2 shots espresso
  • 3-4 tbsp apple syrup, separated
  • ½ cup nut milk (I use MALK vanilla almond milk)
  • ¼ cup caramel creamer (I use nutpods)
  • 1-2 scoops vanilla collagen, optional (I use VitaCup or Further Food)

Instructions
 

  • Make the apple syrup (recipe in this blog post) and allow to cool slightly.
  • Brew your coffee or espresso.
  • Heat milk and creamer for 45 seconds, then add the collagen, as collagen disolves quicker and easier in warm liquid.
  • Froth the milk and collagen until frothy.
  • Spoon 2-3 tbsp of apple syrup into the warm coffee and stir.
  • Top coffee with the frothed milk and a tbsp of the apple syrup.
