Dairy Free Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • ¼ cup hot sauce or buffalo sauce (I use The New Primal or Cholula)
  • ¼ cup + 1 tbsp avocado oil mayo
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook chicken. I choose to boil mine in a pot on the stove with water covering the chicken and bring it to a boil, covered for 10 minutes.
  • Shred the chicken then mix in the avocado mayo, hot sauce/buffalo sauce and spices.
  • Serve with celery sticks, crackers or chips! Is also great in a salad, a wrap or inside a baked potato.
