avocado oil

chili powder

garlic powder

dried oregano

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°.
Drain and rinse chickpeas, then dry thoroughly. Be sure to remove any loose skins.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour dry chickpeas into a bowl and add in avocado oil and seasonings. Stir to coat evenly.
Spread out chickpeas on the baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes then toss and return to the oven for 25 more minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before enjoying.
