¼cupfull fat coconut milk (can sub heavy cream if needed)
½tspsalt(can add more to taste)
Instructions
Cook pasta of choice and set aside. If using gluten free pasta, I like to drain the pasta, skip the rinse and drizzle with olive oil to keep it from sticking.
Combine all ingredients aside from the pasta into a food processor or blender and run until a sauce forms.
Combine the pasta and creamy pesto in a large bowl and mix gently until evenly distributed.
