Mustard Vinaigrette

apple cider vinegar

extra virgin olive oil

Dijon mustard

Instructions
Cook protein of choice, chop all fixings and toss together in a large bowl.
Whisk together dressing ingredients or shake together in a mason jar with a lid.
Serve for yourself or a group!
